\nStorytelling has always played an important role in my life even before I started working in post-production. Stories first unfolded for me onstage. I studied theatre at UCLA and went on to run a theatre company in San Francisco where I produced plays and an annual shorts festival (of plays and films). After graduating with an MFA from CCNY I began working as an Assistant Editor in New York City for National Geographic and NBC\u2019s Peacock Productions, where I was given the opportunity to edit digital content while learning the ins and outs of Avid, both from a technical and a creative perspective. I have gone on to edit (docuseries, branded content, promotional videos and sizzle reels) and join IATSE, where I have worked as an Assistant Editor on narrative television (CW\u2019s Riverdale<\/i>, Disney Freeform\u2019s While You Were Breeding<\/i>), on the Peabody award-winning HBO film Reality<\/i> and on Akilah Hughes\u2019 iHeart Media podcast Rebel Spirit<\/i>. I am especially intrigued by the juxtaposition of sound with images. I continue to learn with every project I take on whether it be in post-production or in other aspects of storytelling.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
